Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and directly accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you will own the entire sales pipeline—from identifying and prospecting high-value B2B leads to pitching solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, actively driving new business revenue for the company.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and qualify high-potential B2B clients and distributors through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging sales automation tools.
- Pitching & Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches to corporate decision-makers, effectively articulating our value proposition.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track the entire sales lifecycle within the CRM, ensuring a consistent and healthy pipeline of active deals.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Handle objections confidently, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and efficiently close commercial agreements.
- Market Insights: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to help refine sales strategies and pitch positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in a B2B sales, business development, or account executive role with a track record of hitting quotas.
- Closing Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex corporate decision-making structures.
- Outreach Proficiency: Strong skills in strategic prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn for social selling.
- Communication: Masterful verbal and written communication skills, capable of building immediate rapport and trust with clients.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with sales prospecting/automation software.
- Drive: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly disciplined to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience selling custom-built software solutions, IT services, or on-demand B2B platforms.
- Existing network or connections within local business ecosystems, distribution networks, or industrial sectors.
- Experience setting up automated outbound workflows or lead generation pipelines.
